As an essential service delivering eggs, poultry feeds and live poultry throughout the Republic of Ireland, we intend to remain operational throughout the COVID-19 Crisis. However, the health and safety of our team and customers is paramount and is always our top priority. We have been advised by local authorities to put the following measures in place.

  • Our customer service team and office staff are working from home and will be on hand throughout the COVID–19 Crisis to handle any queries that you may have.
  • Our warehouse will remain open and parcels will be dispatched for next day delivery while couriers remain operational.
  • Live Poultry Deliveries are going ahead for the foreseeable future however, we have a number of strict biosecurity measures in place to ensure the health and safety of staff and customers.

On delivery of Live Poultry at any of our drop points throughout the country, there is no longer any contact between our drivers and customers. This eliminates the possibility of our staff contracting COVID-19 and prevents the spread of the virus.

  • All payments are taken over the phone by one of our team or you can order online from our new store.
  • We are providing all of the boxes required to transport your birds.
  • At Drop Points, your boxes of birds will be placed alongside the van with your name and corresponding order to your confirmation email.
  • Our drivers are all wearing disposable gloves and masks.

Customers are allowed to travel and meet us at one of our designated drop points. As a food source, we remain an adequate reason to travel through local checkpoints.

Assuming that all customers comply with the measures that will be put in place by our team on deliveries or when calling to our farm, it will be safe for us to remain operational and provide support for all of our customers in this difficult time.

Although it may seem difficult, COVID-19 will pass and our lives will return to normal. It will take time but if we all play our part we can slow the spread of the virus and allow our healthcare professionals to do their jobs.
