Although we are a family run business we take pride in our professionalism. We have experienced unprecedented demand through the pandemic and we know that our level of service wasn’t up to our usual high standards and was far from the experience we expect for our customers.

Throughout the pandemic, we have experienced unprecedented demand. With thousands of people out of work and spare time on their hands, many decided to go back to basics and relive childhood memories. All of our birds are booked right up to the end of July.

Manufacturing throughout Europe came to a standstill. Leaving us with little to no product over the last number of weeks and testing relationships with our suppliers.

Our office staff are receiving over 400 calls and 300 emails a day and although we tried our best we are struggling to get back to everyone.

Our warehouse is almost back to normal stock levels and we have acquired new staff to help us cope with the surge in demand. We hope that everyone can understand our situation and accept our apology. We will always go above and beyond for our customers – new and existing.
